Higher Call: Student Summit

COVID-19 UPDATE

info

For several weeks, we have been monitoring the growth and impact of the COVID-19 virus. Both the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) have indicated that the immediate health risk is low in the United States, but much remains unknown about how the virus will spread and how it will impact the health of those infected.

After much prayer and counsel and in adherence to the guidance issued by the CDC and the Department of Public Health, we have concluded it would be unwise to proceed with this year’s Higher Call Youth Summit in both Florida and Virginia. This has not been an easy decision to make, and we look forward to investing even more time into planning and preparing for 2021 Summits.

The health and wellbeing of all those who gather, serve, and live in the areas of our Higher Call Youth Summits are our primary concern.

God has used this conference around the United States to bring many students into a relationship with Himself and to call others forward in their Christian growth. We cherish the opportunity to partner with so many churches and families in this special time together each year, and we recognize that many of you have worked hard to prepare for this event and will be sad to hear this news. We are equally sad to share it.

What does this mean to you?
